Calma de Ser is the trading name under which Calma de Mar Psicologia, S.L. has provided its psychology services since September 2026. The company, the tax ID and the registered address are the same.

This legal notice governs the use of calmadeser.com. By browsing the website, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

You undertake to use the website and its contents lawfully, without harming the website, other users or the owner. You may not introduce viruses or programs that damage the systems, nor attempt to access restricted areas.

We may change the content, the design and these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published when you visit the website.

The information on this website is not a substitute for a consultation

The blog articles, the “Voy a la Psico” podcast and the rest of the content are for informational purposes. They are not a diagnosis or a treatment, and they do not replace an assessment by a psychology or medical professional.

Intellectual and industrial property

Booking and payment of the first assessment appointment

On the website you can book and pay for the first assessment appointment. These are its terms:

• What it is: a first 25-minute assessment appointment with a psychologist from the centre, in person in El Masnou or online by video call.
• Price: €36.
• Payment: by card, when booking, on Stripe’s secure page. The appointment is booked when the payment is confirmed. We send you the confirmation by email, with a link to “My appointment”.
• Changing the time or cancelling: from “My appointment”, up to 24 hours before the appointment. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, we refund the full payment.
• With less than 24 hours to go: the time can no longer be changed. If you cancel or do not attend, there is no refund.
• If the centre cancels: if we have to cancel the appointment, or if we cannot book it after payment, we refund the full payment.
• Refunds: to the same card. They take 5 to 10 days to appear.

Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the competent courts are those determined by law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence are competent.
