I have always been curious to understand people’s emotional world and to accompany them through the different moments of life. This curiosity led me to study Psychology, where I discovered a deep vocation for therapeutic support.
I am a registered health psychologist, and I support children, adolescents and adults in processes related to their emotional well-being, their personal development and the way they relate to themselves and to others.
My training in Psycho-oncology and Palliative Care has broadened my perspective and allowed me to specialise in supporting processes of illness, loss and grief. These are especially delicate moments in which feeling heard, understood and supported can help people move through uncertainty and give meaning to what they are living.
Over my professional career I have worked with very diverse profiles and needs. This experience has helped me build an integrative perspective, sensitive to each person’s story, moment in life and particular circumstances.
I have particular experience supporting people with autism spectrum disorder, eating disorders, emotional difficulties, processes related to identity, and moments of life crisis.
I see therapy as a safe space in which to pause, understand what is happening and make sense of one’s own experience. My way of working is based on respect, emotional validation and the building of a solid therapeutic bond, always adapting to each person’s pace and needs.
My aim is to accompany you in your process of self-knowledge, helping you to recognise your inner resources, understand what causes distress today and build a life more connected with who you are and with what you need.
