There are times when life does not entirely depend on us, and others when, although something inside is already moving, we are not yet ready to act. In this episode we talk about that pre-contemplative phase in which we sense that something needs to change, but it has not yet crystallised into a decision, an action or a result.
We reflect on the frustration of not seeing immediate results, on the pressure of wanting to control what does not always depend on us, and on the importance of telling apart what is in our hands from what is not. We also talk about waiting, grief, inner processes, perseverance, faith and that deep trust that not everything arrives when we want it, but it can take shape if we keep walking.
An episode to remind you that not everything has to be solved now, that the process also counts and that, sometimes, growing means holding uncertainty with more compassion, more presence and less demand.
