Quién soy

I am a registered health psychologist and integrative psychotherapist. I mainly support adults and couples in processes related to anxiety, trauma, life crises, self-esteem and emotional or relational difficulties.

My way of working has been built from different humanistic, relational and body-based approaches. I am interested in understanding the person in all their complexity: their story, their relationships, the beliefs that have shaped their identity, the way they relate to others, and also what their body expresses, even when it cannot yet be put into words.

I start from the idea that many of the responses that cause distress today made sense at some point. They may have been ways of adapting, protecting oneself, keeping a bond or facing experiences for which there were no other resources at the time. Therapy makes it possible to understand these responses without judging them and to work so that they stop directing life in the same way.

My training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR and other approaches to trauma has allowed me to integrate work with the body and the nervous system in a special way. Sometimes we can rationally understand what is happening to us and still keep feeling fear, blockage, shame or an activation that is hard to regulate. In those moments, attending only to what we think is not always enough.

Since 2026 I have been training in NARM, a model focused on relational and developmental trauma. This perspective looks closely at how the strategies we build to adapt can end up becoming beliefs about who we are, moving us away from our needs, our emotions and our capacity for connection. The therapeutic work seeks to recover that connection without staying trapped only in the past, observing how our story continues to organise our experience in the present.

I have also specialised in couples therapy. In this field I do not seek to decide who is right, but to understand what dynamic has been created between the two people, what needs and wounds are activated, and what new ways of communicating, protecting the bond or making decisions can be built.

Over the course of my career I have also worked with children and adolescents. Although I now mainly support adults and couples, that experience still gives me a developmental perspective that helps me understand how identity, attachment and our ways of relating are built from the earliest stages of life.

I see therapy as a relationship of trust, respect and collaboration. It is not about telling you how you should live, nor about applying a fixed formula, but about building with you a process adapted to your story, your needs and your goals. Behind every session there is listening and presence, but also clinical judgement, training, supervision and a therapeutic direction designed for you.

Training, outreach and communication also hold an important place in my work. I am interested in bringing psychology closer to everyday life in a way that is understandable, rigorous and human, putting words to experiences that are often lived in silence.

My aim is to support you so that you can understand yourself with more kindness, recover your own resources and build a life more connected with who you are and with what you really need.
